RAGHUNATH PANDEY MEMORIAL LAW COLLEGE students bring a wide array of strengths and abilities with them when they enter the law course. In order to maximize the benefits of this diversity, it is essential that students develop a common vocabulary of skills and terminology in key areas before they start class. The first step is to complete five skill areas of academic preparation before they start class. Attention to these areas - Constitution, Legal Language and Writing, Class participation skills, Computer skills, and General awareness knowledge - this allows all students to share the same skills platform that is essential for a successful experience at RAGHUNATH PANDEY MEMORIAL LAW COLLEGE.
If necessary, students who have had little or no exposure to any of these skill areas are asked to use additional resources, such as courses or the intensive on-campus, off the class Program, to further develop their capabilities.

Being the Principal of RAGHUNATH PANDEY MEMORIAL LAW COLLEGE I feel myself blessed with opportunity to convey to all of you that ours is a top notch team of experts imparting education to the aspirants of law. This institution has proved itself quite outstanding from other institutions in NORTH BIHAR. This college has been marching ahead with the dreams of our beloved RAGHUNATH PANDEY who always cherished the dream of removing the dearth of educational institutions imparting professional courses to meet the crime needs of mass in North Bihar. Our beloved “NAGARPITA - THE FATHER OF MUZAFFARPUR CITY†felt the need of the people of Muzaffarpur and other adjacent districts to facilitate them with the teachings of law but his long cherished dream could not be given a concrete form In his life time. Being the WORTHY SON OF HIS WORTHY FATHER our secretary Sri Amarnath Pandey, just to realize the long cherished dream of his father laid the foundation of RAGHUNATH PANDEY MEMORIAL LAW COLLEGE, MUZAFFARPUR in 2004 and within the short span of only 15 years this institution has set itself at that platform where students crave for ensuring one place for himself or herself. Here is a galaxy of Law Luminaries. Our present Director Mani Bhushan Pd. Singh has left no stone unturned to nourish this institution and lead it towards good, better and best. I feel thankful to all our well wishers who always stand by us with their most significant aid, advice and assistance.

Indeed it has been arduous yet satisfying journey. All along , our commitment to excellence , in everything we do , and our faith in our abilities , to deliver in the face of various odds , stood us in good stead .Raghunath Pandey Memorial Law College , over the years , has evolved into a centre of quality professional education , particularly in the area of jurisdiction . Now it has also become a preferred choice for placement of the leading companies of India . I welcome the new batch of students and assure them of a very successful careers.

pleasure to know that a new law College Raghunath Pandey Memorial Law college is opening its doors
to students desirous of pursuing a career in law.
